Chef’s Table at Sotto, Cincinnati

Since I’ll be be leaving my co-op within the next few weeks, my boss took me and another co-worker to dinner last night to thank us for all that we’ve done.

She reserved the Chef’s table for us three.

We started off with baby kale caesar with anchovies and parmigiano.

Then shared plates of fusilli bolognese with meat ragu, tomato, and parmigiano, semolina gnocchi with tomato, sausage, and pecorino, and breaded pork loin with capers and lemon.

And then we finished off the night with my favorite course, dessert, which tonight was ricotta doughnuts with salted caramel, pistachio, and chocolate sauce.
